"Doe Or Die"-AZ

I uploaded his newest album a few months ago which was a decent album. Although that was a decent album, AZ's debut album "Doe Or Die" (released in 1995) is on a different level. The album is often compared to Nas' Illmatic which is unfair since that is one of the 3 best hip hop albums ever to be made. However, it is very similar. Nas contributes a couple great tracks ("Mo Money, Mo Murder (Homicide)", "Gimme Your's") and there is some laid back rnb vibes incorporated(" Sugar Hill") and he tries to seperate himself from other rappers ("Rather Unique"). Lyrically it is hard to catch how great he is on first listen especially since his voice is a little odd but he is lyrically amazing. Definitley one of the best mafioso rap albums to come out of the 1990's. This will definitley grow on you.

The Biz Never Sleeps-Biz Markie

Not as good as his debut but still a great album. Completely written and produced by him (Big Daddy Kane had written some of his lyrics on his first album). It'll make you laugh and giggle to the cows come home.

"This EP contains 16 previously unreleased tracks, mostly from album sessions. It could only be bought from Thes One or Double K themselves when they were on tour and is tricky to find but digging out a copy is definitely worth the effort. Only 1000 copies were made."

Kik, James and I will be taking a month-long hiatus from the streets of bville starting tomorrow so I might as well upload something worth your while. Peace!
